Exceptional cozy accommodation, exceptional breakfast, with a delicious selection of fruits, yoghurts, and a full English breakfast providing a great start to the day while enjoying a comfortable night's sleep in a well-furnished room with stunning mountain views. also conveniently located near plenty of great walks and with free parking available.

It was just an optimal selection for a quick layover in Patterdale with outstanding value for money. Breakfast included was excellent. beds were very comfortable. Definitely try the charcuterie board if you can!

Had a wonderful night here where we enjoyed an amazing breakfast and even got to relax in a cozy lounge with some board games. The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in our room, but it hardly mattered with such beautiful views outside. Definitely grab a local pie from the nearby shop. it's a must-try! 😊

Loved the spacious room with fabulous views and the cozy guest lounge where I could unwind after hiking. Adam & Julia's attention to detail made my stay delightful!

The shower took ages to get properly warm—thought I'd be on the brink of a frostbite!

The steep step in the shower could create challenges, especially for less mobile guests!!! The long single track road may deter visits in winter, not to mention the limited entertainment options which felt lacking during downtime!!! More variety in packed lunches would really enhance guest experience too!!!
